At the La Jolla Sports Club, we offer members a wide variety of services and activities that include as well as extend beyond basic fitness programs. From group fitness and group exercise classes to cardio and strength training machines to yoga, you'll find you'll be able to tailor a program that perfectly meets your needs and goals. Plus, you can receive additional support in meeting your goals through personal training and nutritional consultations. All this, plus a safe and fun place for your children to play so you have the time and peace of mind to enjoy your activities.

Quick-Start Orientations

We want to get you started with all you need from the moment you become a member. So, we offer all new members two complimentary orientation sessions either with one of our credentialed personal trainers or with our nutrition expert to help you successfully track and document your hard work and progress. We will evaluate your fitness level, discuss your goals and suggest a fitness program - customized to your needs and interests.
