This bootcamp class is not for the faint of heart. It's a combination of sprints, plyometric drills, and strength training. It's a full body workout, using jump ropes, bands, weights and body bars.
Bootcamp is a paid training session on Saturday mornings at 9:30 am. Cost is $20 for single session $150/10 pack. Our La Jolla bootcamp is only offered during summer and spring.
