Any members interested in a detailed exercise profile and fitness assessment can set up an appointment with someone from our personal training staff. The fitness assessment covers areas ranging from body fat, resting heart rate, cardiovascular fitness, strength testing, abdominal/core strength, flexibility and blood pressure. The results will be recorded and the trainer will provide detailed information on how to improve the test scores. A follow-up assessment can be scheduled in order to re-test and measure improvements in the tested parameters.
