At the La Jolla Sports Club, we offer members a wide variety

meets your needs and goals. Plus, you can receive additional
support in meeting
your goals through personal training and nutritional consultations.

play so you have the time and peace of mind to enjoy your

Quick-Start Orientations
We want to get you started with all you need from the moment
you become a member. So, we offer all new members two complimentary
orientation
sessions with one of our credentialed personal trainers to
help you successfully track and document your hard work
and progress.
We will evalutate your fitness level, discuss your goals
and suggest a fitness program - customized
to your needs and interests.
