PHILOSOPHY
The body must be viewed as a machine and a surviving environmental system. Understanding how the body works within itself and adapts to the external environment is key to realizing the human body's potential. The body and mind are connected and act as one. Training one will enhance the performance of the other. A proper diet and a consistent exercise program involving both cardio and resistance exercise is the best health insurance. Through countless hours of research with exercise physiologists, athletic trainers and strength coaches I have gained an education and experience that will help me for the rest of my life. We are all different and come in all shapes and sizes but there are certain things in life that will benefit all of us. Proper exercise and a healthy diet are at the top of the list.
