I treat all of my clients as athletes because every goal is fundamentally tied to physical performance. Functional movements ensure safety and the necessary physiologic response in order to progress to any goal with the most efficiency and effectiveness. I apply methodology from various athletic communities, from endurance athletes, to physique competitors to Olympic weightlifters in order to provide the most reliable techniques. I love coaching clients to any goal, whether aesthetic or performance based, specific or broad.
