Exercise and Regulation of Fat Energy Balance (Body Fat Reduction) Exercise and Diet Intervention in Disease Sports specific training Endurance and Resistance Training Therapeutic Modalities (Rehabilitation) Core Stabilization and Flexibility Metabolic Adaptations to Exercise
The body must be viewed as a machine and a surviving environmental system. Understanding how the body works within itself and adapts to the external environment is key to realizing the human body's potential. The body and mind are connected and act as one. Training one will enhance the performance of the other. A proper diet and a consistent exercise program involving both cardio and resistance exercise is the best health insurance. Through countless hours of research with exercise physiologists, athletic trainers and strength coaches I have gained an education and experience that will help me for the rest of my life. We are all different and come in all shapes and sizes but there are certain things in life that will benefit all of us. Proper exercise and a healthy diet are at the top of the list.

> NSCA CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist)
Growing up as a mediocre athlete, I was always confused about why all my peers seemed to be in better shape than me. As I began to try and fi x this, it soon became apparent that I wasn’t really paying the price for good health: I had a poor diet, worked out sporadically, and when I did work out it was without balance. As I started learning what to do right, my knowledge fed on itself and not only did I transform my body, but also my impression of myself. I seek to share what to do (and what not to do) with others, to help them enhance their lives, not just for fitness, but in how they live life outside of the gym.
Outside of training and eating well, I also surf and train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
